Subclass 482

I am a registered nurse with two years of experience and currently on a 485 visa. I have 65 points and have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the 189 and Western Australia’s 190 visas.

My employer is offering to sponsor me for a 482 visa, with the possibility of transitioning to a 186 visa later.

As I will have three years of experience next year, which may make me eligible for direct 186 sponsorship from any employer, I am considering not accepting the 482 offer at this time.

Could you please provide some advice on the best course of action?
