Hi, I am new to this and trying to gather info around it.

I came to know the authority may reduce or discount the claimed years of experience.

I have 9 years of full time work experience after my graduation.

But it is not in the same field.

First 2.5 years as a software developer.

After that studied masters degree and started working as an IT Functional consultant for 1.5 years.

Then next 2 years as a Planner ( can be called a business analyst)

Then next 2 years similar as a Planner in a different company.

Currently working from last 1.5 years as a IT Functional consultant/manager role.

So, How do I explain this during assessment and which job role I will fit?

Domain of my work in supply chain management.

I have an Engineering degree in IT specialization. MBA in general management both from recognized good universities.
