[National - 3rd - Post 5] TheAudibleAsh takes his campaign to Western Sydney
Post Body

In the dying day of the campaign, Ash decides to go to the south west suburbs of Sydney to speak to working class residents about the benefits and incentives that the LNP government will provide in the area such as upgraded infrastructure for the area and their previous action last term, that saved the lives of many Australians from the threats of the COVID-19. During the afternoon, he stood outside the construction site designated for the second Sydney Airport project to announce funding for the proposed Sydney Metro Airport Link.

β€œGood afternoon, people of New South Wales, The Sydney second airport is an exciting project for the state economy and Australia as a whole. It will improve the efficiency of imports and exports as no curfews are required. Furthermore it will allow the creation of 30,000 new jobs directly and will add up to 25 billion dollars to the local Sydney economy, how good is that. This project is currently being built up by the AussieConservative government at the moment, with over $6 billion afforded to the project, which does not even include the Sydney Metro link which I'm proud to announce that the federal government will fund $2 billion towards that project, which will likely connect commuters from the airport directly towards the city. These are certainly exciting times for NSW, projects like these will turbo charge the economy post COVID-19, these projects just have me anticipating a vaccine to the virus a bit much more.”

Ash then travels to Parramatta

β€œIt is great to be in Parramatta this evening, this area is currently facing many infrastructure improvements in the education and financial sector, with the Western Sydney University campus being built in 2017 and the NAB building to be finished in the coming years. I am here this afternoon to discuss the financial and education related prospects that an LNP government will achieve if re-elected. If elected an LNP government is committed in delivering a national review into the Education system, to see what the current and future needs are for students, as well as increasing relevance to real life employment. We also plan to implement scholarships for former convicts and the disabled, which are groups that are in dire need of education and training opportunities. The government has a bold fiscal agenda coming to the next election as well, including an increase to the Financial Assistance for Single Parents on Newstart, which is much needed in supporting vulnerable families amidst the coronavirus crisis. The government is also committed to exclude electricity supply from the GST and decrease the outdated Luxury Car tax, which has hindered the purchase of many electrical cars. We have many exciting policies, people, and we are happy to deliver them during the upcoming term. I encourage you to vote Morcree to serve the people of Sydney and to vote for the LNP in the senate."

"Thank you Parramatta."
