Oh wow, every state and territory has a flair... except ACT! Am I even welcome here? 😁

Hi folks, I'm an amateur as you can surely tell from the remainder of this post.

Looking at getting some garage shelving and of course I'm thinking, "why not do it myself?"

Am I crazy to think some plywood and some L-shaped brackets would do the trick?

If generally the above seems like it could work: 1) is plywood solid enough? From the little I've read yes. 2) any general rules for how to judge how much weight it might take?

Grateful for any advice you can give, even if its a "yeh this won't work at all!"
