Hi Ausrenovation
We recently sold our last house in Newcastle which we fully renovated and sold for a great price at Auction well over our reserve
We moved to north of Coffs Harbour and brought a place with ocean views with no mortgage
Sounds good right?
Thing is it has drainage issues, the yard is a jungle, the back balcony is thrashed needs replacing, the interior needs a full renovation and to add value we need to go up a level to utilise the views better so we will need a 4-500k mortgage to do all of the above
I’m losing sleep and feeling overwhelmed with the project and regretting selling over beautiful house in Newcastle for a dive (even tho it’s in a amazing spot)
