Will employee previous performance managing affect transfer?

Post Body

When I transferred into my current role about 1 year ago, a particular supervisor made numerous minor false allegations about me. For whatever reason this supervisor had a dislike for me, and I believe was trying to get rid of me (they have a history for this kind of thing).

As a result I was coerced into signing an employee performance management plan, which I did purely to avoid causing trouble and it seemed like the easiest way to make the problem go away.

I have recently applied for a position within a difference agency and up to the final service and conduct checks. I am terrified that my naivety in signing the performance plan is now going to come back to bite me.

Does anyone know the likely outcome of this situation?
