Hi All,
Have been house hunting for a while and got a phone call today from the REA to say out offer has been accepted. The offer is fairly strong and 25k over asking price as it's a fairly hot market in my part of regional Queensland atm.
She said she would have the paperwork to the conveyancer tomorrow but I noticed that the property is having another open house on Saturday. Should I be worried? Just thinking signing the contract will take a couple days and somone else will come in with a better offer before the binding contract is signed.
They are fishing for a bigger pay day and using your "accepted" offer as bait.
