I just checked - my land tax (vic) has gone up 35% from last year? is this right
Post Body
I don't mind land tax going up as i own a few properties and that's just the cost of doing business... but I've just looked and see that its gone up by 35%
2020 - $7535
2021 - $8735
2022 - $7855 (so a reduction from 2021)
2023 - $9685
2024 - $13,170
35% from 2023 to 24?
Any idea?
