I have a settlement coming up in a few days and am due to have a pre settlement inspection of the property. The current issue is that the tenant is planning to move out on the settlement day and I would like to conduct my pre settlement inspection of the property when itโs vacant. Given the time settlement has been booked and when the current tenant will leave that will be unlikely as heโs also being difficult in allowing time to inspect the property. He is currently on a private agreement, given this scenario what avenues can I explore as I do not feel comfortable going through with settlement without doing a pre settlement check of the vacant property
