Noise complaint recommendations

Essentially looking for any further assistance in regards to new tenants who live above us in a unit complex.
Been contacting police link as well as submitting online noise complaints due to excessive noise/possible altercations taking place (cant confirm that last one at this time) at unreasonable hours on weekends and just now starting to include weekdays.
I plan on contacting our real estate/body corp for information but is there any other avenues I can go down for example the RTA or council?
