Notice period and repayment of relocation costs
Post Body

I have been offered a new job that is too good to turn down. The problem is when do I hand in my notice.

In my relocation package with existing employer I need to pay back my relocation costs if I leave within 24 months. I was employed on the 30th March 2015.

Hence my question is can i give my 4 weeks notice in early March and go over 30th March 2017 being 24 months or by me giving my notice before the 24 months is up make me liable for repayment?

This is doing my head in and I'm worried about loopholes.
