“Confidentiality”?

Got fired recently 🙄

Irrelevant really. In any management meeting I’ve ever been involved in, regardless of company; there’s always been the “treat this matter as confidential” line spouted.

My question is what can they actually do? I’ve never agreed to that. Before or after the matter.

As if I’m not going to talk to my people about it. Or vent. Or frankly tell the world cause I can.

Do they actually have a legal right here?
