Car Problems. Under warranty. Alternator died. Company replaced it under warranty. Whilst car was with them, the cars wiring got fried. Company is saying that “Head Office” has determined it’s not a warranty issue and will cost us money.

I am thinking of opening a VCAT Case. Is this the right approach or should I do NCAT?

I have heard VCAT is more favorable

The company in question has had the vehicle for three weeks now.

What do I do? Help please.
