Trying to understand due process to track a case

Post Body
Long story short. A family member of mine was conned out of thousands of dollars by this p***k as were a bunch of other very vulnerable people. Of course Iโve had a vested interest in following what legal action was being brought against him and a couple weeks ago his name appeared in the Brisbane daily Arrest Court List. Then yesterday his name appeared in the daily magistrates court list, along with dozens of other people. My questions is,
- How does one establish what he has been charged with and when he is appearing next? It seems difficult to search for cases that havent been adjudicated and I donโt know his personal details (DOB etc).
- Given he has appeared on the arrest list, then the daily magistrates court list, does that mean a date has been set for a trial? What is next in the process?
