Casual pay rate and loading for minor?

Post Body

Hey /AusLegal people!

I'm pretty sure a family member is being incorrectly paid for a casual job at a local restaurant. General kitchehand stuff, cleaning, packing and taking orders etc.

Person in question is 17, works 4hrs on a weekday evening and 4hrs on both Saturday and Sunday.

I believe the correct rate should be $16.04/hr with x0.25 on Saturday and x0.5 on Sunday.

Currently getting $13.73 regular and it looks like x0.20 for the Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Any help clarifying this would be much appreciated, I've never worked in food / hospo so not too sure on what the caveats are but this looks wrong to me...

Cheers
