Hi, I hope someone is able to help me. So last Wednesday I paid my CBA credit card in full and immediately called the bank to close the account. My gf forgot to update her payment details to the new credit card for her Opal card and they charged her $60 on it( last Wednesday as well), with payment going through successfully even thought the card was already cancelled and account closed. I just called the bank today(six days later) to find out the balance on the card and how I can pay it off as I cannot see the card on my online banking anymore. I was told that the card is closed with no balance owning. I am confident I owe $60 on the card and I am happy to pay it, but I don't know who to contact as after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told I don't owe them anything. Did anyone ever had this issue in the past?

EDIT: My gf just reminded me, I applied temp block via my internet banking after I paid it in full just as a precaution. So how Opal topped her up $60 later is a mystery me.
