Post Body

Hi all,

Like most of you in the sub, I've no doubt that self-improvement and as someone seeking to do a few short courses that are directly related to my field, I want to know if I can claim them on tax?

For those interested in the granular, I work in tech as a UX designer in a permanent role and I'm seeking to do a course with the Norman Nielsen Group.

If any of you lovely folk have been able to claim education is a deductible expense, I would appreciate it if you could provide any direction or note any likely pitfalls I might face when claiming as a deductible.

On the flip side, If anyone has attempted this and failed, I'd be happy to know it's all a pipe dream haha.

thanks a million .
