Hello so I'm 17m and I turn 18 next month and want to buy some land to put a shed on I will be able to afford the morgage but I don't know how to increase my chances of getting it I'm the first place what could I start now or when I'm 18 to increase my chances of getting the morgage work full time bringing 50k and have my own bussiness brings in 30k how do I qualify for this morgage
