So as the title says, I’m potentially going to be mortgage free in the next 12 months… for me it’s kinda surreal cause all through my childhood my family were pretty poor… like 6 of us living in a 2 bedroom house… I shared a bedroom with all 3 of my siblings until I was a teenager and then I shared with 1 of them and the other 2 shared a room… anyway that’s another story… So I have no interest in investment properties, it just seems like a massive headache for me… shitty tenants, broken appliances, extra rates, body corporate fees etc etc… so stocks and shares is more where I’m interested in… I’ve never really followed the share market in depth cause we’ll I never thought I’d be in this sort of position… is there any good forums for solid advice or apps where you can track others portfolios to give you a better chance at being successful in that sort of thing?
