I’ve read up on the fairly complex task of setting up a SMSF and trust for my super to take advantage of leverage to buy a property or loan to buy more shares.
Ausfinance peeps that have done it …….. is it a headache? Or is it worth it for the gains? I have no brains to I automatically assume gains 💪
