Best way to make use of a CGT credit?
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body
I have a CGT credit of circa 50k after having to sell a house during my divorce a few years ago…
Is there a way to make this work for me? I had thought about an investment loan for ETF’s but the dividends are treated as personal income so no advantage there…
Any ideas would be appreciated..
Current situation, renting, don’t own any property, no debt, good income, reasonable risk tolerance…
