Looking for a plunge/open white blazer and pants like below.

I have an event where the theme is Angels and devils. I would like to do a cinched very plunge blazer (any material) in white with matching straight leg pants. I would love to replicate this sort of thing but have no idea where to start. The closest at the moment is Zara but if there are any other brands that come to mind I would love to know. (Need size 8 or S)
