Started at a new company. Got a van which is nice.

Now the boss only pays when i arrive and when i leave the worksite.

But he expects me to pick up or meet the apprentices. Which is quite often off my route to site.

Also expects everyone to meet at the warehouse on mondays 1 hour before our clock in time to load up.

Should i be getting paid from when i pick up apprentice/ get to warehouse. And paid till i drop off apprentice and or return to warehouse

Or is what im getting paid the site time legal

One example of a day coming up is a site that is already a long travel of 1hr30. Then he wants me to pick up an apprentice at a spot that add the trip to 2hr 15 m. Which all those 2h15. X2 tor Return home would be completely ubpaid.
