Before the rework, I switched to Cass because she did what Sol did but better, and don't get me wrong I love Asol, but his kit was frustrating at times with little payoff. I took the time to learn him because he was a dragon not because he was fun to play.
Looking back his fighting style was awkward. Q the enemy press w hope you can keep them in the damage zone. If they rush you and q is down press R Then W. Also looking back it was weird that a dragon couldn't fight while he was flying.
All we did was kite or chase. I feel like with the new Sol now I have so many unique ways to fight the enemy besides kiting. I love the w reset and the supercharge ult that coats the map. That is power worthy of a star dragon.
I'm honestly starting to think the people who keep crying are only doing it because playing old sol gave them validation from people who didn't understand his kit.
