Is it fine to distance yourself on the weekends?

Post Body

I know we all get two free days, mine are the weekends. I live at the last level of the house and on the weekend I prefer to stay in my room and be lazy and interact as little as possible with the family because I like being alone to kinda recharge for the upcoming week. The thing is I feel bad for wanting this, I feel bad for not wanting to share with the family during my free days. I wish I was more active/present but also I really enjoy being alone. My host parents have never shown any problems with it nor the kids, but why do I feel so guilty?

Does anybody goes through this aswell? Do you also like being alone?
