Auto unlock help?

I have the Gen 3 Pro Connect and the auto unlock hasn't worked yet. I've got my Wi-Fi, bluetooth, and location on. When I arrive at home (apartment), it recognizes I'm back while pulling into my parking spot (by the notification I get saying it's unlocking the door). By the time I park, get my stuff, get out, and walk up the stairsthe door STILL hasn't unlocked! What gives?
I can get to the door, open the app, press unlock, and it opens right away. But this defeats the purpose of auto-unlock.
