This is a short audio designed to reassure you that you aren't a burden, that people want you in their lives and if anyone makes you feel otherwise, that's not somebody you want in your life. I tell you that you're a good person, that people would be lucky to have a relationship with you and that if there are people who make you feel like you're a burden, there will come a time when you are able to distance yourself from that person and cultivate a life full of people who want to be in your life.
