This is an audio for anyone who suffers from anxiety, paranoid thoughts, insecurity, impostor syndrome, etc. In it, I tell you that you’re a good person and deserve happiness, and why your brain might be coming up with lots of reasons for why that isn’t true.
I talk you through the idea that your thoughts aren’t necessarily an accurate representation of reality, that your self-image may be distorted, and help to reassure you that the things your insecure, anxious brain tells you aren’t actually true. Your brain worries about the worst case scenarios, trying to protect you, but it doesn’t need to. You’re a competent person who can handle whatever happens, and you don’t need to self-sabotage, push people away or be afraid of losing the good things in your life. You can learn to identify which thoughts are distorted or lies whispered to you by paranoid little ‘gremlins’. You can rely on trustworthy people to reassure you and help you re-calibrate your perception of reality. The audio ends with some positivity and telling you that you deserve lots of good things in your life, including being able to see reality for how it actually is.
