I've been wanting to make a comfort audio for people with bipolar disorder for a while now, and I finally bit the bullet and made one. I don't have bipolar disorder and can't fully understand what it's like, but I did some research and consulted a few people with bipolar disorder in order to try my best at making an audio that could help. It's my sincere hope that this doesn't feel patronising or presumptuous about your experiences, please tell me if there's anything you'd like taken out of the audio and I'll do my best to help.
In this audio, I talk to you in a low, soft voice and I tell you that I'm here for you. I can't understand what you're feeling but I can support you. You're not alone. You can get through this. You are more than your moods, thoughts and feelings. Despite them changing, I know who you are. You're a good person. Even when you don't know who you are, I know you. Whether you're up or down or in between, you're still you and you still have worth and value. You matter to me. You're not alone.
I've never done something quite like this before and I'd love to hear what it meant to you or how it made you feel. If you'd like to hear more of my audios, you can find them on my subreddit /r/msa_andeh.
