As per this request, I recorded a sweet and reassuring boyfriend experience for people with any kind of chronic illness, condition or disability. The audio starts with me asking if you want to do anything tonight. You don't feel up to doing anything, and I tell you that's perfectly okay but you feel bad about it. I let you know that I love you no matter what, and that you'll have good days and bad, but We're In This Together. I suggest some nice low-energy ways we can spend time together, but settle on cuddling up in bed and chatting. The audio ends with another affirmation of love and support, and then a sweet little kiss.
In the audio, I make reference to you not having enough spoons to do something. This refers to the disability metaphor of the spoon theory which is best explained in this lovely blog post. I hope you enjoy this audio and that it can bring you some comfort.
If you'd like to hear more of my audios, they're organised on my subreddit /r/msa_andeh.
