B8, Loud rattling out of nowhere, gotta be the belt tensioner right?

I was driving and started hearing loud rattling from the front side of the engine. The supercharger belt looks like it’s fine and on its track, the serpentine belt doesn’t look frayed but I think that’s the tensioner in the video that’s shaking and rattling. Does anyone have experience with this, could it be something else?
