Best way to sell wheels and tires

I purchased a new set of 19” HRE wheels and new set of Michelin pilot sport 4’s for my b8 but then two months after I had to sell the car. I got a b9 s5 now and I know the wheel fitment will fit, the s5 is currently sitting on 20s and I don’t want to size down to 19s.

Question is: what’s the best way to sell these wheels and tires? eBay produced nothing and Facebook just gets me bot spam.

Also should I sell them all as a whole package or wheels and tires separately?

I knew I should have gotten 20s to begin with…
