Looking to purchase my first Audi.

And I just want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into. Are there any issues that I should keep an eye out when im shopping/after i bought it? Any issues at the 50k mark I should be aware of?
FTR, Im looking at 2 different 2008 A4s, one with 30k, the other with 32k. How much do those usually run for?
