Windows? Wonder if it’s a fault?

This may sound stupid, but havnt had this problem before so just wondering if it’s a fault.
Press and hold key button to put windows down, has all of a sudden stopped working and it won’t put the windows up or down.
I’ve double checked the settings in the car, and it is activated for hold and press to put windows up and down but still not working, I’m guessing this is a fault with somthing? My car is a brand new 2023 plate Audi A3 s line only 1 month old
