I'm driving a 2018 S5, I just got all new brake pads and rotors and this weird metal sound comes frequently while braking at low speed, mostly while parking. Went to the dealership and they said that the rotors are new and we could roughen them up and the sound should be gone but it didn't. It sounds like a metal touching that comes when the pads need to be changed. My front pads were still 40-50% but cause the noise, I got them changed and it still makes that fuckin noise. Only comes while parking the car on very low speed and doesn't happen when I'm reversing which is weird. Anyone had a similar issue or could put some feedback upon this?
