Does anyone have any tips or hacks for surviving in corporate office jobs 🥲
I have started a new job (overwhelming for anyone let alone autistic people) and it is loads of in person meetings in the office. At least 3 days a week I am in meetings face to face.
Even though I’m listening and usually understand most of it and even though I write down notes quickly, when I look back on what I have to do I’ve forgotten the meeting content and my notes aren’t clear and don’t make much sense. I’ve tried to get better but I really don’t know how. I don’t think it helps that the company I’m working at the pace is really fast and meetings are lots of discussions and lots of actions, some of which I don’t always understand (from so much talking).
I use zoom AI companions on virtual 1:1s but that only happens about once every 2 weeks
Thanks in advance!
