Support Group Participation

I started a support group for autistic women as well as a discord over at https://discord.gg/YsR89aThnx . I've had three meetings so far and while we have 90 people who are in the discord I would like to increase participation in the meetings. What could I do to make people more comfortable? Also, any autistic women are welcome to join!
