Hello Tom I was watching your video about doing a Schitts Creek and buying a town, and with my small reddit pea brain I went down a logical path to wonder can you buy a state. So if I a complete dummy of a human being was some how able to buy all of the property in saw Washington, Texas, Ohio, etc what could I do with the state. Now I know that all public buildings would be still owned by the government but you stated in the video that if you owned a town you could implement local laws. So with this same logic could I buy California and ban karens from the state or make it illegal to have a bad vibe?- sincerely someone with not enough money to buy a state but really hates karens
