Injury liability question
Post Body

I know it's an old one but I just saw a video on YouTube of a porch pirate picking up a box and as she runs away she slips on wet grass and either breaks/sprains/twists her ankle to the point where she couldn't walk and the driver had to get out of the car and assist her. Could this person sue the homeowner for damages? Would she have a case?
