You know what’s crazy i did the math for the top player on the app at 49000 properties. It’s crazy because that takes an investment of $2,177,560 for a month rent accrual of $6265.10, which roughly comes out to 75k a year which comes out to a roughly 4% yearly yield (based on in app purchases and not reinvesting your returns, since the rates on the site are 10% better allowing you to achieve that with an investment of $1,959,805). While a lot of long term dividends give around 1-3% yearly dividends depending on the stock or stocks. This might not be a good get rich quick company but if they last for the next 50 years and you’ve reached those numbers you could see riches from your couch, But like with everything there’s always risk. Plus there’s tons of ways you can earn free parcels making your investment cost less and less to build, so if you don’t want a a good financial future I’d say don’t invest your money. 🤷🏾♂️
