Locked out of my game

I have been playing over a year. Consistently logged in every day to the point i got the 200 bonus. Now I am logged out of my account and can lnot get back in. Sent an email with a reply that they dont know what is wrong and dont know how to fix it. I have spent actual money, and lots of time in the game. Does anyone know a resolution? Logging in with facebook. Does anyone know a solution?
