Is Darius and Alfred’s house a little too nice?

I’m about half through season 2 (loving it) and even from the beginning one thing that’s always stuck out to me is how nice their house is, especially considering Alfred just sold drugs at the beginning, and Darius did…Darius things. Normally I would say it’s just TV creators being out of touch but the rest of the houses/apartments you see (Van, Alligator Man, etc.) seem to fall more in line to what you’d expect given the socioeconomic status of those characters. Does that stick out to anyone else?
