Why.... has this been such a painful process??

My mom got tickets for the Thursday night game this week from a relative of ours who is a season ticket holder. She transferred them via email and when we are on the braves.ticketmaster website we can see them on my Mom's account. On the ticket master app using the same login information we see nothing. Come to find out the place to access your tickets is actually the... Ballpark App? (Please correct me if I'm wrong). Cool so we download that, create an MLB account using the same email address as her braves account. Log-in, verify the email and.... still no dice.

Any advice? I'm hoping it just works in the AM. Also which app will our parking pass be available on? We were intending on buying one of the two South Braves lots from Ticketmaster but held off once we ran into issues.

Regardless I'm excited for the game! Taking my niece & nephew to their first major sporting events and I haven't been to a game in probably well over a decade now. Only half an hour from Truist but been slacking on finally getting out there.

TL;DR: Can only see tickets on braves.ticketmaster website. Having issues linking appropriate app(s) to see them easier on our phones. Any tricks?
