I know in GA primaries anyone can vote either parties ballot regardless of party affiliation. What about the run off though? If a voter already submitted a democratic primary ballot but there is a republican run off, letβs say gubernatorial or something. Can that same voter then vote in the runoff or having submitted a ballot for one party disqualifies that voter from voting in the runoff for the other party?
I assume that is not allowed but I have a friend that would like to help the republican voters not support Cagle if possible.
