Take over my lease: $515 for a room in 3 bedroom apartment located a convenient 1 block away from Lindbergh Marta station, available starting the first week of May.

This is a nice little apartment complex, with two pools gym, and other stuff I never used. Two PhD students and two cats will be living with you

I also have a 6-month old bed w/ mattress, desk, lamp, chair and (brand new) dresser for sale.

Lease ends in June 19, but roommates will be staying here for another year, so you can join them on it BUT price will increase to $579.
