Looking for Joggers Size Advice

Hello everyone! I've been looking to buy Venice and Salutation joggers for awhile now and was hoping for some guidance about their sizing. Should I get my usual size or something else?
For reference, I am usually size 2 in lululemon and XS in old navy. Thank you!
