My black Friday order… that wasn’t

I bought 11 items from Athleta My package arrived, email confirmed my order, my address on package and inside was 2 banana republic outlet blazers 1 pair of jeans 4 shirts all NOT my size.
Customer service was exhausting…my desired items were no longer available and they are only refunding 1/2 of my order until they receive the other items back.
I planned on sending them back, since they aren’t my size. But why do I have to float their mistake on my credit card?
