i made an order of the salutation, ultra high rise elations, and the transcends. they're all size S, i'm about 5'4 140 (on the high end rn, i'm usually around 130-135), but hold all my weight in my upper body and have muscular calves. i have the salutation in size M and they fit my legs with no compression but the waist keeps sliding down so i sized to a size S. i've heard that the waistband of these stretch and there's def compression on my legs now - should i stay with a size S?

for the elations, they dig into my waistband and are compressive on my calves. transcends are the same, which is frustrating because i really like them. i feel like i'm in between sizes and i have no clue what i should do. i want to enjoy the transcends (i'm meh on the elations), but do they stretch? they seem great to live in and they're super soft but idk how much they'll stretch. do i size up in either of these?
