Hello everyone!

As the title says I'm brand new to AX-1 and loving it so far. I just had a couple of questions.

1) On week #4, If I am unable to complete the 400 challenge in 17 mins, do I continue with week 4 and try it again that week or should I just start over from weeks 1-3?

2) Some of the workouts in the walkthrough videos are slightly different from what's listed, does it matter which variation I do?
