I suppose that I should offer a bit of info about myself.
I'm 24 years old and I'be been hitting the gym now for a few years. My workout journey began back when I was 19. Lifting helped me get through tough times and I managed to get pretty strong, but chubby. Unfortunately, I injured myself at one point and the injuries just kept piling up after that.
I managed to lose a lot of weight, but I've never been able to get back to my old strength. A lean figure still alludes me as well. Injuries still strike every now and then, which only serve to impede my progress.
Athlean-X peaked my interest because Jeff Cavelier seems like he knows what he's talking about. I'd like to fix my form, get lean, and increase my strength. I honestly have no clue if I'm doing my workouts intensely enough either.
Tl;dr I'd like to fix my form and get lean. Do you guys recommend the program for me?
